Magic Ticket – The SBB Children’s Club.

We have extensively redesigned the website for our customer SBB. The challenge was to change the customer targeting strategy of the website, transforming the digital discovery platform into a digital experience platform.

We met this challenge by creating a responsive website that is optimized for both mobile and desktop with a completely new navigation and content structure that meets the needs of the very young target group and is tailored to how the Internet is used today.

Since the relaunch, the number of returning visitors has increased by approximately 30% and the bounce rate has dropped by approximately 20%. Now, the various content pages attract about twice as many visits, and visitors stay about three times as long.
